QNUK Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (Top-Up)
This qualification is for learners who currently hold a Door Supervisor license from the SIA and need to be brought up to date with the new license-linked qualifications that are required.
How Long is The Course?
This qualification will take approximately 23 hours of learning. The SIA requires a Minimum of 14 contact hours (2-days) with self-study. The pre-course work and full details of the course will be sent out to you which you must be complete before attending the course.
Covered Topics:
The principles of terror threat awareness, the principles of using equipment as a door supervisor, the application of physical intervention skills.
Assessment Method:
The course is assessed by multiple-choice examinations and practical physical intervention skills.

The cost of this course is £120.

If you hold a current First Aid At Work or Emergency First Aid certificate that is still valid for at least 12 months from the start date of the course then you will only need to attend the 2 day top-up.
